You'll stay in a single room, have breakfast and dinner with the family and share the common areas with the other family members. Within the Kings Los Angeles campus, just steps from the classrooms and a subway station, this residence is as convenient as it is comfortable! You will stay in a twin room with desks and share the bathrooms, furnished kitchens, dining areas and spacious common area with the other guests. Bedlinen and towels are provided. For your convenience, the building is air-conditioned, Wi-Fi access is free and laundry facilities are available. This residence offers welcome independence to international students wishing to stay close to the school and in the very heart of Hollywood.

For students looking to spend time in the centre of Hollywood, close to their fellow students and just 5 minutes walk from the classrooms ­– this residence is the perfect option. Students will stay in twin studio-style rooms, each with WIFI, a bathroom, desk, chair, storage space and kitchenette included. Students will be provided with linen and towels, which they can clean for a charge using the on-site laundry facilities. This residence will promote student independence as they will be responsible for keeping their space clean and catering for themselves. The residence exclusively houses Kings Los Angeles students – between classes, they can socialise and take advantage of the California sun in the shared outdoor courtyard.
