By staying with a Scottish host family, you'll practise English every day and make fast progress. In addition, the daily contact with the people will teach you about the local customs and lifestyle. In pleasant, safe neighbourhoods, at a distance up to 60 minutes by public transport from the school, host families provide single rooms, shared bathrooms and half-board. The school maintains close relationships with host families who are visited on a regular basis in order to ensure the comfort of the international students.

Stay in a traditional building in the West end of Glasgow, just a 20-minute walk from the city centre and your school. You will be placed in a single room in a cluster of two to three rooms. You will have access to a shared kitchen — the property is self-catered. Each bedroom has a small double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair with drawers, under-bed storage, shelves, and an ensuite bathroom. Bed linen will be provided upon arrival, but students should bring their own towels — both can be cleaned for a fee using the onsite facilities. There is a weekly cleaning service of the kitchen and common areas, but you’ll be responsible for keeping your own space clean. Between classes, you can take advantage of the social atmosphere in the onsite shared spaces, including a common area with multiple games, a cinema room, a study room, a gym, and a small meditation room.
