Situated in the surrounding area of a park in the city centre, our partner school is housed in a beautiful 19th century building. Close to the train station, it is also only a few minutes' walk away from the town centre and the beach. Most of the modern and comfortable classrooms are equipped with PCs and projector facilities. A multimedia centre, a language lab and a library complete the facilities made available in order that you may study in the best conditions. After classes, you will be able to make use of an Internet area (access is free) in the Hawley Club, a bar with a billiards table, table football and televisions as well as a brand-new table tennis area. During the summer, the private garden offers a calm and sunny area for you to relax and meet your numerous new friends.

Host family

Staying with a host family will allow you to get maximum benefit out of your stay. This option, chosen by the vast majority of MLC students, allows you to discover the British culture and to practise English daily. All of the families are selected with care by our partner school. The vast majority of the families are situated only a few minutes' walking distance away from the school. A local area bus pass is provided for students who are staying outside the Margate postcode area. You will stay in a single room with half board provided during the week and full board at weekends. All of our host family accommodation has got Wi-Fi available.
