Living with a host family is a great way of immersing yourself in the Australian way of life during your stay in Sydney. You'll stay in a single room with half-board during the week and full board on the weekends. Host families typically live around 30-55 minutes from the school.

You will be provided with linen and towels — both can be cleaned for a fee using the onsite facilities. You’ll be expected to keep your own space clean and prepare your own meals. The residence features plenty of shared spaces designed to help you study and relax, including a courtyard with a BBQ, study rooms, a student lounge, a cinema room, table tennis, and a gym.

This residence offers single rooms with an en-suite bathroom. Each room is equipped with a king-size single bed, study desk, built-in wardrobe, bedside light, mirror, and pinboards. The apartment is equipped with free wifi, and the laundry facilities are card operated. Meals are not included, but the apartment has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven/cooker, plenty of cupboard space, fridge, and kitchen equipment. The building also offers a social lounge with computers, a courtyard with BBQ, tables and benches, a cinema room, a console gaming station, a study room, a gym, a pool table, table tennis, and bike storage. The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the school and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, public transport and a cinema.

Located a 10-minute walk from the school, these student houses offer single or twin rooms (available to students travelling together or alone, in which case you’ll have a roommate of the same gender). You’ll share the apartment with 10-13 students, and the bathroom with max. 5 of them. Rooms are equipped with bed linen, towels, a desk, a wardrobe and air conditioning. You’ll share the kitchen, the coin-operated laundry facilities and the TV lounge with your flatmates. Wi-Fi is free.

The Student Home in Ultimo is perfect for visitors looking to live with like-minded, international students while being just 15 minutes walk from the classroom! The residence consists of shared apartments holding 8-10 students each. Residents will share 2 bathrooms in the apartment and have a choice between single, double, and triple rooms ¬– all of which feature a wardrobe, desk and WIFI. Cleaning of the common areas occurs 2 or 3 times a week and students can do their laundry in the coin-operated machines. Linen is provided by the accommodation, but residents need to bring their own towels. Throughout their stay, residents will be able to cook with their housemates in the shared kitchen and take advantage of the warm, international atmosphere by socialising in the common room.
